Today, I am talking about Ironman 70.3 NY which took place in Jones Beach, Long Island,  the insane weather, my mantra’s and mindset, some big lessons I learned and key takeaways, and of course my race debrief.

This was the inaugural Ironman 70.3 NY organized and brought to fruition by Race Director Corey Roberts and his incredible team. We did a LIVE podcast Thursday eve with IRONMAN on our YouTube Channel. Thank you to the incredible team at IRONMAN. 3,700 athletes signed up for this race and it sold out in record time! Next years race is September 28th, 2024.
