121. Jonathan Levitt, Ultrarunner and Host For The Long Run Podcast On Running, Consistency and Motivation

Jonathan Levitt  is the host of the For The Long Run podcast, which is all about running. An ultramarathoner himself, Jonathan connects with runners of all levels and industry experts about running long, strong and staying motivated. Some of his 100+ guests include HOKA Northen Arizona Elite Ben Rosario and Aliphine Tuliamuk, Olympian and Bowerman Track Club Coach Shalane Flanagan, New York Times  senior editor and reporter Lindsay Crouse, Olympian + Author of Be A Bravey, Alexi Pappas and so many more. Jonathan is also the sales and endurance team manager for one of my fave health and wellness companies, Inside Tracker. On today’s episode I sync up with Jonathan about where and how his running journey began, how he went from six  mile runs and the Boston Marathon to Ultra Running and Rim to Rim to Rim.  We talk about his podcast and where it all began, and some of the great running lessons he has learned from his guests. And he shares how he has re-calibrated his training during COVID times.
