Getting to the gym, a spin class or outdoors for your long run can be a challenge with a busy work, family and social schedule. As a triathlete, I know this well.  FueledByMOTM is a new Marni on The Move weekly segment offering tips, advice, and answers to listener questions.  On this premiere episode, I share my strategies for fitting my workouts into my busy schedule, stay motivated during training, and set goals to achieve success.  Many of you have been asking me how I find the time to train for triathlon and how I stay inspired in my training and workout routine. This isn’t a new question, as my friends and family have asked me for decades!  While this segment is focused on triathlon, these tips and advice apply to any sports or fitness routine. Before I trained for triathlon, I was a runner, yoga practitioner, and fitness class junkie. The only way I ever got to the gym or studio is by approaching training the same way I approach running my business. Whether I am spearheading initiatives within my own company, The Salup Group, building a brand strategy, communications and content campaign for a client, or producing events and FIT+LOVE’s annual fitness festival, I set achievable goals, build a team, map out a plan of action, build it into my schedule and get it done.
