John Henwood is a globally renowned Olympic Runner, fitness entrepreneur and top running coach and strength trainer in New York City. You may know him from his racing team, the Henwood Hounds and his outdoor Half Marathon and Marathon training programs at Mile High Run Club in NYC. We caught up back in July about where running began or him as a child and when he went pro, shifting gears in training for his athletes as races around the world were being cancelled, he talks about his super star athlete and runner, previous World Junior Champion Mary Cain.
