French Professional Triathlete, Sam Laidlow, joins us on the podcast to talk about the upcoming IRONMAN World Championships in Nice. This is Sams second time as a guest as we met him at our LIVE event broadcast and pop-up studio at IRONMAN World Championships in Utah, in 2022, when he made his debut on the race scene, on Episode# 232, May 2022. Sam placed second in IRONMAN World Championships Kona 2022 and just a few days, he will compete at his third IRONMAN World Championships

Racing and triathlon are in his DNA, growing up in a family of athletes and coaches. During our convo, which we recorded last month, we catch up on how his season is going thus far, how he is feeling and recovering from a calf tear injury, and what he is looking forward to in Nice-the course and vibe.  We also do a deep dive into his favorite gear including his HED Wheels and Canyon Bike and Hoka Rocketx2’s.  Sam talks about why he likes working with these brands and sponsors, and what he’s up to when he’s not racing and training.
