Professional triathlete, Heather Jackson, 4x top 5 finisher, IRONMAN  World Championships and 12X 70.3 World Champion, 4x Wildflower Champion  and Escape From Alcatraz Champ. We recorded this conversation just after we both finished the popular IRONMAN Timberman 70.3 in Laconia New Hampshire. Heather and I do a race debrief followed by  a deep dive into all things tri-training, racing, motivation, gear, and fashion.
